The aim of this 20 step guide is to teach you the mechanisms required to pass all criteria leading up to training. Literally from the moment, you step into the Naval career office to the moment you complete your PRMC (pre-royal marine course) and ensure you’re in the best space physically and mentally before beginning training. The job of this guide is not to give away the secrets of the hardest military course on the planet, it is to ensure you get the opportunity to try and achieve that Green Beret, get through the gates. The moment you step off the platform at Lympstone station on your first day of training my work here is done; the rest as they say… is up to you.
